Abstract

Lo sviluppo di scenari climatici e di rischio legati alla presenza delle acque nel territorio abitato, oltre che produrre iniziative tese a limitare i rischi, potrebbe sottendere progetti urbani orientati in senso “strategico”, tesi cioè ad individuare scenari evolutivi che rimettano al centro il rapporto tra struttura ambientale e progetto della città, individuando alternative progettuali e sequenze di azioni che possano dare luogo a una sorta di forma urbis in divenire, adattativa e più resiliente, capace di limitare i rischi, mantenere le attività economiche, integrarsi nel paesaggio, ricercare un ordine della complessità.
