Abstract

The article undertakes the possibility of implementation of a "Google Tax" in Colombia, the growth rate of data in Colombia and the slowness of the creation of law processes don't allow the existence of a top of the line legislation, especially regarding technologic advances and protection of such cutting-edge creations.
