Abstract

Il volume presenta i quattro assiomi e le dieci premesse fondamentali della S-D logic, innovativa teoria che ha assunto un ruolo centrale nella ricerca riguardante gli studi manageriali. L'intuizione più dirompente di Lusch e Vargo è nel nuovo significato dato al termine "servizio", non più mero output di un processo sequenziale che muove dal fornitore, unico creatore di valore, al consumatore, ma fornitura di risorse a un beneficiario che le integra con altre risorse di mercato, pubbliche e private, generando un processo di co-creazione di valore. Il passaggio dal valore di scambio al valore d'uso e di contesto non è una semplice distinzione tipologica ma esprime una nuova concettualizzazione d'impresa, di cliente, di produzione e di consumo. Dalla Good-Dominant Logic alla Service-Dominant Logic cambiano i riferimenti concettuali e normativi del fare e studiare il management, il business, il mercato, l'economia e la stessa società.
