Vehicle-to-Vehicle Communications (V2V): criticità giuridiche e rischi cibernetici

Abstract

Il contributo, adottando un approccio informatico-giuridico, analizza i rischi cibernetici dei Vehicle-to-Vehicle Communications (V2V): una tecnologia che permette lo scambio di informazioni tra i veicoli, aumentando in questo modo la sicurezza della circolazione stradale e riducendo i rischi di collisione. Introdotti i concetti di “età dei dati”, datificazione e i principali standard di comunicazione dei V2V, verranno messe a fuoco alcune criticità di queste tecnologie che riguardano sia la privacy sia la vulnerabilità a specifici cyber attacks. Questi ultimi potrebbero ledere l’autonomia decisionale, innescando nei guidatori un müssen indotto. Nelle riflessioni conclusive, saranno presi in esame alcuni spunti di riflessione volti a conciliare l’innovazione tecnologica e la tutela degli utenti-conducenti.
