Abstract

Le ipotesi di reato relative alla pedopornografia, definite dagli articoli 600-ter e 600-quater del codice penale, potrebbero essere verificate anche in contesti dove il materiale effettivamente illecito (immagini o video) non siano più disponibili su supporto informatico. La tipologia di analisi proposta si riferisce al contesto in cui l'utente abbia fatto uso del software di file sharing eMule per scaricare il materiale illecito.
