Abstract

En elpresente trabajo se analizan los mecanismos de control deestereotipos y sesgos implícitos de géneroen el juicio por jurado en Argentina. El objetivo principal es reflexionar sobre los resultadosalcanzados respecto a la existencia de sesgos y estereotipos de género a la hora de ejercer la función jurisdiccional, comoasí también en la descripción de los sistemas de controles sobre ellos, y las medidas que sepodrían llevar a cabo para enfrentar de mejor manera esta clase de estereotipos y sesgos dentrode esta institución.
