Abstract

Uno de los principales propósitos de este trabajo es analizar la relación entre la razonabilidad y el principio de igualdad. Aunque el concepto de razonabilidad tiene contornos vagos y no bien definidos, parece tener “dos almas”, una jurisprudencial y otra más teórica-filosófica. En particular me interesa discutir los diversos usos de la razonabilidad en la justicia constitucional italiana.
