Abstract

Kişinin ölümüyle, mirasçılar terekeye dahil hakları elde ederler. Kanun koyucu tarafından, mirasın paylaşılmasına kadar tereke ögelerinin ve gerçek hak sahiplerinin belirlenmesi için birtakım önlemler öngörülmüştür. Bu çalışmada vasiyetnamelerin korunması önlemleri incelenmeye çalışılmıştır.
