La comunicazione museale accessibile: i pannelli informativi in linguaggio facile da leggere e da capire per il Museo della Letteratura di Trieste

Abstract

In questo contributo sarà illustrato un progetto pionieristico in Italia, ossia l’applicazione del linguaggio facile da leggere e da capire, cioè un modello di scrittura per rivolgersi a lettori con disabilità intellettive, in ambito museale. Il progetto, svolto in collaborazione con il Servizio Musei e Biblioteche del Comune di Trieste, si è concentrato sulla realizzazione di un portfolio composto da quattro pannelli informativi per il futuro Museo della Letteratura, uno spazio innovativo per avvicinare cittadini e turisti all’eccezionale storia letteraria del capoluogo giuliano. I pannelli non hanno solo lo scopo di spiegare la storia di Trieste e della sua letteratura, ma anche quello di dimostrare le potenzialità del linguaggio facile da leggere e da capire. Dopo l’introduzione e una contestualizzazione del linguaggio facile da leggere e da capire e la sua diffusione in Europa e in Italia, verrà descritto il progetto e sarà infine mostrato un esempio di pannello del museo, del quale verranno spiegate la struttura e motivate alcune scelte linguistiche.
