Manuale di riconoscimento dei principali parassiti cutaneo-branchiali in Salmonidi e Ciprinidi

Abstract

L’esame parassitologico a fresco viene generalmente condotto effettuando raschiati a livello cutaneo e delle branchie o inserendo direttamente sul vetrino portaoggetto una porzione di branchia. L’esame microscopico permette di evidenziare eventuali forme parassitarie presenti nei campioni prelevati. La loro determinazione tassonomica può rappresentare un ostacolo al personale poco formato che si accinge alla visone di preparati. Questo breve manuale può rappresentare un aiuto nel riconoscimento dei principali parassiti cutaneo-branchiali presenti nei Salmonidi e nei Ciprinidi del nostro comparto geografico. Di seguito vengono evidenziati i principali parassiti che si possono riscontrare in esami parassitologici condotti sulla fauna ittica di riferimento.
