Abstract

Vengono analizzate le modalità con le quali si può valutare l’instabilità per crollo di una parete rocciosa al fine di determinare la probabilità che uno specifico evento di crollo di una porzione di ammasso roccioso possa causare una propagazione di massi in caduta libera in grado eventualmente di raggiungere un luogo determinato, e di valutare i costi in termini finanziari e di vite umane, cioè il rischio che il crollo potrebbe comportare.
