This paper has aim to analyze a topic that is largely unexplored, involving the coordination of the MiCA regulation with the EU regulatory framework in the context of Bank Recovery and Resolution. We are faced with a regulatory framework that requires coordination with the existing regulations on bank crisis management; a not easy coordination that - I consider - will have to be promptly carried out by the sector authorities.
