ACT: un Laboratorio Remoto per l'Ingegneria dei Controlli

Abstract

Questo lavoro descrive la realizzazione di un laboratorio remoto di controlli automatici, denominato Automatic Control Telelab (ACT), sviluppato presso il Dipartimento di Ingegneria dell’Informazione dell’Università di Siena. Mediante tale strumento è possibile effettuare esperimenti su alcuni processi fisici attraverso la rete Internet. ACT è stato realizzato principalmente con finalità didattiche ma ha delle potenziali applicazioni in tutti quei settori che riguardano il tele-controllo e la tele-diagnostica dei sistemi di automazione. L’utente può interagire con gli esperimenti disponibili presso l’ACT attraverso un comune browser di navigazione. Una delle caratteristiche salienti di ACT è la possibilità di progettare nuove leggi di controllo mediante schemi Simulink.
