Abstract

Il volume contiene la trascrizione del testo dello statuto della comunità di Montorsaio nell'edizione del 1432/1433. La trascrizione è preceduta da un'introduzione storica sulle vicende del castello tra XII e XVIII secolo, condotta avvalendosi di documentazione inedita, e da un commento giuridico-istituzionale relativo al contenuto della raccolta normativa.
