Abstract

Si analizzano le categorie della misericordia e del perdono in relazione al fenomeno giuridico. In particolare esaminando le conseguenze giuridico positive dell'introduzione di tali categorie nell'ordinamento giuridico e individuando il fondamento ontologico nella carità.

The categories of mercy and forgiveness are analyzed in relation to the legal phenomenon. In particular, examining the positive legal consequences of introducing these categories into the legal system and identifying the ontological foundation in charity.
