Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación ha sido desarrollado como etapa final del Executive Master in Business Administration de la Universidad del Pacífico, en alianza con la Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo la elaboración de un planeamiento estratégico para el periodo 2019-2022 de la compañía Delta Signal Corporation, constituida en los Estados Unidos, la cual se dedica a la fabricación de autopartes y repuestos eléctricos para el sector automotriz.
