Optimización del stock de ayuda humanitaria de primera respuesta ante huaicos en Chosica

Abstract

El objetivo principal de este documento es definir la cantidad de puntos de distribución (POD por sus siglas en inglés) o llamadas también almacenes de primera respuesta que abastecerán a las zonas de evacuación (ZE); los cuales proporcionarán para efectos de este estudio solamente alimentos no perecibles. El desastre natural que se estudiará será el huaico en zonas de alta probabilidad de ocurrencia como el distrito de Chosica, Lima, Perú. El objetivo de estos almacenes de primera respuesta es minimizar el sufrimiento humano en caso de un desastre; pero para ser viables, también se evalúa que no existan restricciones económicas, geográficas, políticas; y tiene como objetivo principal minimizar los costes de operación del mismo.
