Kitap İncelemesi (Bürokrasi ve Otorite)

Abstract

This book generally mentions that, apart from being legitimate for the acceptance of authority, individuals can also accept authority as legitimate for reasons such as financial interests, despair and opportunism and capitalism develops bureaucracy, that there is a relationship between religion and authority, the concept of obedience is used as the transformation of order into practice, and that the development of bureaucracy will reduce social class differences. For this reason, it is thought that the book will be useful for those working in the field of management. The book interesting with its detailed explanation and definitions. In addition, it is thought that the book gives a different perspective on educational administration.
