Directiva (UE) 2019/790 sobre drets d’autor i biblioteques de salut

Abstract

Treball presentat durant la intervenció de l'autora a la Sessió de treball: “Marc legal de l'ús de les dades en recerca i el copyright digital, l'adaptació dels drets d'autor en els entorns digitals”. Presenta la Directiva (UE) 2019/790 sobre els drets d’autor en el mercat únic digital i les seves implicacions en les biblioteques. S'exposen les característiques més rellevants de la norma: mineria de dades i textos, il·lustració de l’ensenyament, conservació del patrimoni cultural, obres fora del circuit comercial, llicències ampliades, reproduccions d’obres d’art visual en domini públic, drets sobre publicacions de premsa, ús de continguts protegits a plataformes d’internet, i relació amb excepcions i limitacions d’altres Directives. També s'exposen característiques de la Directiva (UE) 2019/1024 sobre dades obertes i reutilització informació pública.
