Abstract

L’objectiu d’aquests estudi és obtenir informació de la situació microbiològica dels formatges elaborats a partir de llet crua d’ovella i de cabra i que es comercialitzen a Catalunya. Dins de la seguretat alimentària té una importància rellevant que els consumidors estiguin ben informats dels productes que adquireixen. Per tant, aprofitant la informació recopilada, també s’ha fet un estudi del contingut de les etiquetes dels formatges analitzats.
