Informem?: reptes pendents de la comunicació en salut
Es diu que vivim en la "societat de la informació" però, reflexionant-hi una mica, potser es tracta més aviat d’una "societat de dades", moltes dades, o potser "de dades i opinions". Però les dades, aïllades, no són informació (dades organitzades de manera útil per a un objectiu). En el camp de la salut les dades necessiten ser interpretades perquè puguin resultar útils, entenent el receptor com a persona vulnerable però autònoma i afavorint un entorn comunicatiu presidit per la confiança.
