Marco Conceptual del Conocimiento y el Aprendizaje Organizacional -del Enfoque Clásico al Enfoque de los Sistemas Adaptativos Complejos-

Abstract

This degree work aims to present a conceptual framework for understanding the Organizational Learning -AO-, companies from the complex adaptive systems approach -SAC-, using a methodology descriptive document. The main features of the SAC identified were self-organization, limited instability, sensitivity to initial conditions and their emergent properties. These characteristics allow its application in the field of organizational learning, as the organizations themselves can be considered as a complex adaptive system. The main results of the research a conceptual framework of organizational learning is presented from the perspective of the SAC, as well as a paradigm shift in the understanding of organizations and knowledge generation from emerging theories and not from the traditional view and / or classic.
