Abstract

En cada texto se examinan distintas dimensiones de la vida urbana: trabajo, ocio, vivienda, conflictos entre vecinos y disputas entre autoridades. Aunque las indagaciones y abordajes historiográficos que inspiran los artículos sean heterogéneas, todos los autores apostaron a una mirada hacia la esfera municipal como un espacio ineludible a la hora de comprender la regulación de la vida cotidiana de los habitantes de Buenos Aires. En esta clave, el dossier busca aunar esfuerzos individuales y trazar puentes para discutir la relevancia de prácticas sociales raramente judicializadas, enredadas en complejas tramas territoriales, muchas veces opacas a la historia social del derecho y de administración de justicia.
