Trabajo y trabajadores : los lugares sociales desde los cuales el trabajo resiste al capital

Abstract

En el presente artículo se toman dos matrices teóricas, la marxista y foucaultiana para analizar la gubernamentalidad neoliberal. La trayectoria de los movimientos sociales en América Latina y Argentina sacó de su letargo las interpretaciones sobre las fuerzas sociales que motorizan el cambio social y abrió una de las discusiones más atrayentes acerca de los sujetos emergentes y en disputa en nuestra región. A la vez, conveniente y convincentemente, los trabajadores expulsados por la desocupación o jaqueados por la precarización y la puesta en práctica de novedosos dispositivos y mecanismos disciplinarios, cuando no por las mismas organizaciones sindicales que los aglutinan, fueron relegados del campo de reflexión sobre lo que está en movimiento y cuestiona el orden social. En este ensayo analizaremos la mutación del capital en su actual fase de forma conjunta a la consideración del complejo social que lo enfrenta. Señalaremos, entonces, el modo en que los trabajadores, como parte de la relación social antinómica fundante del capitalismo, en sus más diversas encarnaciones concretas, personifican en múltiples sujetos concretos que resisten sus modos de poder y dominación.
