Recomposición del capital y respuestas sindicales en Argentina: ¿Hacia nuevas relaciones laborales?

Abstract

Este libro presenta los hallazgos y reflexiones de un conjunto de investigaciones científicas desarrolladas en el seno universitario y del Conicet. Presenta diversas miradas que buscan dar cuenta del alcance de las transformaciones de la etapa kirchnerista sobre las relaciones laborales y las estrategias sindicales. Se aborda este campo a partir de tres tópicos: el primero da cuenta del desenvolvimiento de la economía, resalta sus principales características, analiza las dinámicas sectoriales y marca la configuración de los agentes predominantes de la economía; el segundo analiza la evolución de la negociación colectiva, su contenido y las relaciones laborales. El tercero aborda las lógicas sindicales, la cultura gremial, las formas de representación y el conflicto laboral. La riqueza de los múltiples puntos de vista teóricos e ideológicos posibilita otorgar a los lectores diferentes herramientas para reflexionar sobre los procesos que se sostuvieron durante doce años de continuidad institucional y política.
