Abstract

Proponemos estudiar en este trabajo el circuito superior, en particular de las empresas comerciales en cadenas, que por su elevado grado de tecnología, organización y concentración del capital, usan de manera diferenciada y jerárquica el territorio. Se busca una posible comprensión de las relaciones, transformaciones e interacciones existentes entre las topologías y organización de las grandes cadenas comerciales y el uso del territorio. Se presentan así, algunos cambios entre los años 2007 y 2014, respecto a la lógica territorial y a las políticas empresariales de la cadena de supermercados Carrefour, especialmente su manifestación en la Región Metropolitana de Buenos Aires.

We propose in this paper to study the superior circuit, particularly commercial enterprises in chains, which by its high level of technology, organization and concentration of capital, use of differentiated and hierarchically territory. Wanted a possible understanding of rela-tionships, transformations and interactions between topologies and organization of large retail chains and land use. Some changes between 2007 and 2014, regarding the territorial logic and business policies of the supermarket chain Carrefour, especially as manifested in the metropolitan area of Buenos Aires is well presented.
