El presente trabajo busca establecer la geoestrategia “globalista” que guía al Acuerdo Transpacífico (conocido como TPP por sus siglas en inglés) y del Tratado Transatlántico de Comercio e Inversiones (conocido como TTIP) en plena crisis de hegemonía y transición histórica del Orden Mundial. Se analizan, a su vez, las implicancias del TPP y del TTIP en cuanto a la soberanía de los estados nacionales y algunas características del modelo de acumulación que dichos tratados implican en relación con la geoestrategia analizada. Se observan, también, las implicancias del cambio de relaciones de fuerzas en los Estados Unidos a favor del “Americanismo” y en el Reino Unido con el Brexit en detrimento de la geoestrategia globalista. Por último, sucintamente se presentan los impactos de esta situación para los proyectos de integración y desarrollo autónomo en América Latina.

This article aims to establish the “globalist” geostrategy which guides the Transpacific Partnership (known as TPP) and the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) in the midst of a hegemony crisis and a historical transition of World Order. The implications of TPP and TTIP are also analyzed as far as sovereignty of the national states and certain characteristics of the accumulation model which said partnerships involve in relation to the analyzed geostrategy. The implications of the change in power relations in the US in favor of “Americanism” are also observed as well as those of Brexit in the United Kingdom, in detriment of the globalist geostrategy. Lastly, there is a succinct presentation of the impact of this situation on the projects for integration and autonomous development in Latin America.
