The attempt of the present essay is to introduce the reader into some analytical elements of the conceptual history, which can be integrated in studies of legal history. The scheme of this introductory writing focuses on exploring some key tools of analysis which are presented in both traditions. Thus, this writing can be seen as a presentation of a bibliographical synthesis which can generate, on the one hand, an interdisciplinary dialog between two different traditions and, on the other, a line of research that can produce interesting profits for the researcher.

El presente ensayo busca introducir al lector a algunos elementos analíticos que porta la historia conceptual y que se integran en el estudio de la historia del derecho como herramientas de análisis y diálogo entre dos tradiciones. De esta forma, se busca presentar una bibliografía que puede alentar un diálogo interdisciplinar y presentar en una mirada general una línea de investigación que puede brindar interesantes frutos.
