Las organizaciones sindicales en Argentina y Brasil en perspectiva histórica: balances y desafíos

Abstract

El presente artículo, introductorio del dossier Problematización y debates sobre las formas actuales de precarización laboral en el contexto latinoamericano lleva adelante una lectura comparativa de los textos “La presencia sindical en los lugares de trabajo: dinamismo organizativo y efectos políticos” de Paula Lenguita y “O sindicalismo brasileiro dos años 1980/2000; di ressurgimento a reorientacao” de Marco Aurelio Santana. Los artículos tienen como objeto reflexionar – situados a niveles diferentes de análisis – en torno del movimiento sindical de Argentina y Brasil. Ambos autores avanzan en un acercamiento crítico a su dinámica durante el siglo XX y puntualizan mutaciones y continuidades, potenciando procesos reflexivos que permitan arriesgar elementos de comparación y contrastación entre el movimiento sindical de ambos países. El análisis desarrollado en la presente introducción crítica intenta dar cuenta de las estrategias de construcción de los textos, sus focos de interés, categorías y núcleos de sentido con el objetivo de contribuir a la construcción de herramientas analíticas que permitan profundizar la lectura comparada del fenómeno en ambos países.
