Abstract

The aim of this article is to analyze the construction of otherness and the place of women in this operation in the frameworks of institutional violence . This problematizes the notion of citizenship and sexist practices that hinder the full enjoyment of the citizenship in the case of women. The chosen title refers to the different versions and perversions of patriarchy and sexist practices that characterize the institutional violence. By this way, two "versions" of the revictimization of women will be analyzed. The first examines the obstacles that women face trajectories that women begin in police stations and court. The second , problematizes the weight of the testimony of women in context of punitive confinement and the ways in which sanctions and disciplinary body of women in confinement . Both frames of institutional violence reflect the multiple dimensions of violence and historical continuum that accounts for the forclusion of women as subjects of history , and the continuum of violence inside and outside the confinement.
