Nuevas tendencias en el futuro de la agilidad

Abstract

Este trabajo presenta una visión global del estado de la agilidad en la actualidad. Los nuevos retos a los que se enfrenta así como el análisis de las nuevas iniciativas que han surgido para afrontar dichos retos. El artículo se centra en cuatro partes fundamentales: valores del manifiesto ágil, la entrega de valor al cliente, las personas y la agilidad en grandes empresas. Además de hacer una reflexión sobre que partes tienen mayor importancia en la actualidad, el objetivo de este artículo es estudiar las nuevas corrientes y movimientos de la agilidad.
