Producir y gestionar la problemática habitacional de una ciudad media bonaerense: Un estudio antropológico de la agrupación “Mujeres Sin Techo”

Abstract

La tesis doctoral se propone generar aportes para el entendimiento de la problemática habitacional de una ciudad bonaerense sobre la base de un estudio antropológico que recupera la experiencia de lucha y de trabajo de una agrupación reconocida a nivel local. Asociados a este objetivo general, se establecieron los siguientes objetivos específicos: describir y analizar procesos de transformación urbana a fin de explorar la tensión entre diversas formas de "hacer ciudad"; reconstruir las condiciones de posibilidad que habilitaron la construcción de "lo habitacional" como un problema que requería ser atendido por el Estado en sus diferentes niveles; examinar lo urbano en escala media atendiendo a las vinculaciones entre aspectos estructurales y simbólicos, y cómo ello es recuperado por los actores sociales para legitimar sus demandas y acciones; abordar la trama de relaciones sociales que tejió la agrupación "Mujeres Sin Techo" permitiendo transitar por diferentes espacios y contextos; adentrarse en la experiencia de lucha y de trabajo de esta agrupación en pos de comprender su propuesta respecto a cómo "hacer ciudad" y "hacer política", en tanto aspectos imbricados y diferenciados en virtud de los públicos y contextos.
