Abstract

Based on the research regarding the knowledge and use of the female condom we discuss within the thematic field of sexualities. Departing from a conception of pleasure and questioning the repressive perspective of sex we reach evidence of changes in the sexual practices and representations concerning sexuality, therefore building sexual autonomy in women.
