The territory of our America has suffered consecutive threats and conditions that cause a massive loss of common habitat. However, still enjoys vital qualities that are now in danger of extinction. On the one hand, economic and environmental sovereignty, considered by the world system as the most valuable commodity and put in check among others by IIRSA plan for looting and outsourcing. On the other hand, the vitality of the popular and urban territory. The cities of America enjoy our public life and a network of social tissue that grows and becomes in the informal production and appropriation of urban space, which is the scandal of the capital. In this context the Urban Bioethics, being a applied ethics acting from transdiscipline and complexity, as well as from the articulation of the powers of the territories in conflict, it can save the life of the cities of the global south that capital and the world system wants to exterminate.

El territorio de nuestra América viene sufriendo consecutivas amenazas y afecciones. Sin embargo, aún disfruta de cualidades vitales que hoy están en peligro de extinción. Por un lado, la soberanía económica-ambiental, considerada por el sistema mundo como la mercancía más valiosa y puesta en jaque - entre otros- por el plan IIRSA, para su saqueo y tercerización. Y por otro lado, la vitalidad del territorio popular y urbano con múltiples tejidos sociales que crece y se transforma en la informalidad de la producción y apropiación del espacio, lo que constituye el escándalo del capital. En este contexto la Bioética Urbana, siendo una ética aplicada que actúa desde la transdisciplina y la complejidad, así como desde la articulación de las potencias de los territorios en conflicto, le puede salvar la vida a las ciudades del sur global que el capital y el sistema mundo quieren exterminar.
