This article proposes an approximation in the use of quoting and psychoanalytic references based on an authorized voice in order to construct valid arguments in psychoanalytical articles. The argumentative resource that includes an authorized and prestigious voice works as guarantorof the argument itself. Therefore, it constitutes, in a performative way, an hermeneutical slant to address different kind of matters which conduces psychoanalysis to as closed circuit of knowledge. Consequences of this procedure not only affects psychoanalytic theory, but also the practice itself. This issue will be carried out by considering transsexualism and homoparentalities.
