La recolección y medición de la precipitación en los ambientes fríos de la cordillera de los Andes

Abstract

Trabajo sobre el equipo que permite conocer la cantidad de precipitación acumulada en una zona predeterminada, muchas veces lejana, inhóspita y con poca accesibilidad, particularmenteen invierno. El totalizador recolecta las precipitaciones de todo tipo que caen sucesivamente en un sitio y nos brinda esa información en forma directa, mediante una simple lectura, que mide el total acumulado de precipitación durante todo el año, o después de un evento, si es que el lugar es posible de visitar inmediatamente.
