Asistencia, trabajo y peligrosidad.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the public issue of security in Argentine, focusing on changes in social policies and its relationship with the discussion about the “dangerous classes” during the period of 2000-2015. Using a qualitative methodological approach based in the “Grounded theory” we argue that a decline of the link between social crime prevention and workfare policies are related to the development of a new model of social security and his different relationship with poor or unemployed assistance.
