This article attempts to study some particularities of the argentinian crime cinema in the period between 1930 and 1943, because we understand that it shows in a paradigmatic way, that latinamerican cinema not always follows the preset forms of the politic of the genres, even in the period of consolidation of the cinema industry. We will analyze the elaborations and problematizations that this genre suffers in relation to the specific context and culture where is implemented. The corpus will be integrated of five representative cases: Monte Criollo (1935) de Arturo S. Mom; Fuera de la ley (1937) de Luis Romero; Palermo (1937) de Arturo S.
