Malditos medios: periodismo y Dictadura

Abstract

In the article it is analyzed how a network of cooperation conformed between journalism, the mass media and the dictatorship in order to build a repressive order in the period 1976-1982. Hegemonic press has realized an articulate and systematic work to make possible the extermination of a social group, and, then, to legitimate and to hide its destruction. In the pages of Editorial Atlántida, and of the newspapers Clarín, La Nación, La Nueva Provincia and El Día the authoresses examine some of the criminal operations of this cultural machine, in an effort to build maps of the truth that allow us access to justice.
