Un nuevo caso de transferencia de tecnología generada por investigadores del CONICET marca un hito en la historia de la institución. Se trata de la licencia de una cepa de levadura de la especie Saccharomyces eubayanus, recientemente descrita en la Patagonia Argentina, que incluye un convenio de I+D con la empresa Heineken Supply Chain que permitirá avanzar en nuevos desarrollos tecnológicos conjuntos y fortalecer las capacidades de un grupo de investigación.
