Abstract

The main objective of this article is to trace the formation of a political and programmatic core and raised the broad guidelines of what will then be the governments of Néstor Kirchner and Cristina Fernández lines. Broadly speaking, the issue has been addressed from other perspectives that put your focus on the problem of institutions affected by a kind of return to populism or other return on the argument that Kirchner as utilitarian and purely pragmatic discourse that takes a desire to concentrate power certain premises of Peronism. In discussion with these interpretations we propose to trace the first steps of what will be the Kirchner to show their ideological position.
