Abstract

This article aims to analyze the perception of psychosocial risks in a multinational company subsidiary based in Argentina. These workers’ perceptions of their work-related psychosocial risks seem to be tempered by the socioeconomic context and the characteristics of the Argentine labor market. The work-related psychosocial risk (psr) factors approach provides a comprehensive perspective, which allows workplaces to be accounted for as complex organizations. On the basis of the conceptualization of these factors, a survey was conducted of workers in a factory located in an industrial zone in Greater Buenos Aires, the main activity of which is the production of fibre cement goods. This was carried out between November and December 2014.
