El programa Conectar Igualdad : digitalización, escuela y complejidad

Abstract

En el capitalismo informacional (que la ideología dominante llama “sociedad del conocimiento”), las tecnologías digitales e Internet penetran en todas las esferas de la actividad social. Pero, claro, las posibilidades de acceso a esas tecnologías reproducen las asimetrías de etapas previas, o incluso crean algunas novedosas. En ese marco emergen dos problemáticas a las que los Estados intentan dar alguna clase de respuesta. Por un lado, la de la “brecha” o “inclusión digital”: ¿cómo hacer para que los sectores excluidos, particularmente las masas de jóvenes pobres, estén en condiciones de utilizar tecnologías digitales y, oportunamente, de integrarse a un mercado de trabajo informacional? Los centros comunitarios de acceso a las tecnologías digitales, los llamados telecentros o los actuales NAC (Núcleos de Acceso al Conocimiento) configuran ejemplos de iniciativas en este sentido. Pero, por otro lado, están las problemáticas referidas específicamente a las instituciones educativas, a la “digitalización de las escuelas”...
