Análisis polínico de cargas corbiculares de Apis mellifera del Chaco Serrano, Jujuy (Argentina)

Abstract

Análisis polínicode cargas corbiculares de Apis mellifera del Chaco Serrano, Jujuy (Argentina). Lilloa 52(1). El presente trabajo forma parte del estudio del recurso alimenticio de Apis mellifera L.en el Chaco Serrano de la provincia de Jujuy. Se presentan los resultados obtenidos en losanálisis palinológicos de cargas corbiculares cosechadas a lo largo de un ciclo productivo endos apiarios: Finca Doña Hermes, El Pongo y apiario Watraymiski, Severino. Las muestrasfueron homogeneizadas por apiario y por mes y posteriormente acetolizadas. Se determinaronclases de frecuencia y frecuencia de ocurrencia. Se identificaron 50 tipos polínicos para ElPongo y 54 tipos polínicos para Severino, siendo las familias Fabaceae y Asteraceae las másvisitadas. Predominaron las especies nativas. Los tipos polínicos dominantes fueron: Anadenantheracolubrina var. cebil, Eucalyptus sp., Prosopis alba, Parapiptadenia excelsa, Rapistrumrugosum, Schinus sp., Salix humboldtiana, Viguiera sp. y Zea mays.
