Those living in urban areas recently established are subject of stigmatization and marcations that impact on the neighborhood daily life and the interaction with groups living in other areas of Comodoro Rivadavia and Rada Tilly. From a socio-anthropological perspective we aim to provide elements for the discussion of the categories of neighborhood and migrant neighborhood, among other names that designate -from the academy in interaction with the state agency, or from local social representationsurban areas with most border and/ or internal migrants. Our contribution to the analysis of urban issues takes place from the case of a city with particularities related to an oil foundational matrix, and that along its urban history reflects a series of constraints which are shown in the weakness of its urban planning.
