Cruzando miradas sobre tierras comunales (siglos XVIII – XIX)

Abstract

The objective of this articule is to analyze some characteristics of the transformations generated around the rights of communal lands and the undivided ones during XVIII th and XIX th centuries, putting them in relation to categories and models that articulate the problematic, as “indigenous community”, “corporative land” and “model of desamortización” and “paquete jurisdiccional”. We ́ll take as it bases of the analysis the valuable contributions of articles of this dossier, trying to integrate the contributions.

El objetivo del trabajo es analizar algunas características de las transformaciones generadas en torno a los derechos de las tierras comunales y las indivisas durante los siglos XVIII y XIX , y ubicarlas en relación con categorías y modelos que articulan la problemática, como “comunidad indígena”, “tierras corporativas” y “modelo de desamortización” y “paquete jurisdiccional”. Se tomará como base del análisis los valiosos aportes de los artículos del dossier, buscando integrar sus aportes.
