Campañas políticas y retórica electoral. La discursividad de Unión PRO y de Frente para la Victoria de cara a las elecciones primarias 2013

Abstract

El 11 de agosto de 2013 se llevó a cabo en Argentina la elección primaria al Parlamento Nacional. Como en toda votación, los partidos y alianzas políticas competidoras pusieron en juego maniobras discursivas para interpelar a sectores del electorado. Considerando como dato de la coyuntura histórico-política que en la ciudad de Buenos Aires la Alianza Propuesta Republicana (PRO) y el Frente para la Victoria (FPV) fueron las dos fuerzas principales junto a la coalición UNEN, este trabajo se propone analizar cómo elaboraron la imagen de sí en miras a captar la credibilidad de sus destinatarios durante las elecciones Primarias Abiertas Simultáneas y Obligatorias (PASO). Para ello, se rastreará un conjunto de spots audiovisuales correspondientes a las campañas de los respetivos candidatos/as por la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires (CABA) de cada alianza o frente partidario. Este corpus habilita la indagación del modo en que a través de elementos verbales (lingüísticos y paralingüísticos) y no verbales (kinésicos, proxémicos y vestimentarios) (Vitale, 2011) se construyen argumentos y valoraciones que inciden en la formación de los imaginarios políticos contemporáneos.
