El presente artículo tiene como objetivo principal analizar, desde una perspectiva jurídica, cuál es el alcance del Protocolo de Nagoya Kuala Lumpur sobre responsabilidad y compensación y demostrar cómo los avances han sido escasos e ineficaces en dicha materia.
The main objective of this article is to analyze the scope of the Nagoya Kuala Lumpur Protocol concerning responsibility and liability from a legal perspective and to show how progress in this issue has been scarce and inefficient.
