En este artículo es un comentario breve al artículo de Ana García Saggioro contenido en este libro. El trabajo de la autora resulta de una extensa investigación sobre los vínculos económicos y políticos entre China y América Latina. Su pregunta acerca de las innovaciones chinas en los instrumentos regulatorios del comercio y la inversión rápidamente se aleja del terreno politológico. De esta forma aborda la problemática desde el marxismo anglosajón, de Panitch y Gindin. Su propuesta radica encomprender aquellos acuerdos desde el punto de vista de la dominación y explotación de clase mediada por la competencia interestatal. Su marxismo, en efecto, ayuda a cuestionar las coordenadas del campismo nuestroamericano.
