Abstract

Este texto recorre las diversas temporalidades de los procesos constitutivos de San Carlos de Bariloche (scb) como municipio, en articulación con las dinámicas del habitar que lo fueron poblando.1 Para ello propone un diálogo en pinza. Por una parte, se revisará el cruce de la construcción institucional con la consolidación de márgenes integrados en forma subalterna, donde esa institucionalidad adopta formas y lógicas particulares. Por el otro, se indagará en la institucionalidad de las localidades patagónicas, para reflexionar acerca de la particularidad o generalidad del caso barilochense. Para ello se van a presentar las diferentes jurisdicciones que, con múltiples miradas y lógicas, fueron incidiendo en el ordenamiento espacial y social de la ciudad, buscando tensionar las nociones de centro y margen. Dentro de los diferentes ángulos, se hará un análisis a partir de la particularidad de la zona de la Pampa de Buenuleo, al sudoeste de la ciudad.
